TESLA ROBOTAXI Forward CAMERAS, EXTERIOR MICROPHONE, CAR COMPUTER, AND CONTROLLERS (2026)

Tesla’s Robotaxi is a fully autonomous electric vehicle designed for a driverless ride-hailing. Powered by the Car Computer, it features two forward-facing high-resolution cameras for long-range, wide-dynamic-range visual perception, enabling precise object detection and lane tracking. An array of two exterior microphones captures critical acoustic cues (eg: sirens, honking, vocal alerts), enhancing environmental awareness beyond vision. All sensors feed a redundant, real-time AI stack via a high-bandwidth internal network, ensuring low-latency perception and decision-making. The system interfaces with safety-critical actuators for steering, braking, and power. This project showcases deep integration of sensor fusion, edge AI, and safety-critical engineering.

TESLA hw4 CAR COMPUTER (2023)

Tesla's Hardware 4 (HW4) is the latest generation of Tesla in-house vehicle computer, designed to power advanced autonomous driving features. HW4 offers up to 8 times the processing power of its predecessor, along with 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. It supports high-resolution cameras, improved sensor integration, and is optimized to run Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD) software at native resolution for enhanced perception and decision-making.

NEST CAM INDOOR WIRED (2021)

The second-generation Nest Cam (indoor, wired) is Google’s most affordable smart camera, designed to blend into any home with customizable colors and a compact, adaptable form factor. It features 10x more on-device machine learning than its predecessor, delivering enhanced HDR video, precise alerts, local storage backup, and smart features like Activity Zones. Seamlessly integrated with the Google Home app, it offers flexible control and scalable upgrades through Nest Aware for extended video history and Familiar Face detection.

GALVANI BIOELECTRONICS (2019)

The Galvani System is a next-generation neuromodulation platform designed to target multiple nerves through a single, minimally invasive implant. The implantable components are optimized for laparoscopic delivery, aiming to reduce patient discomfort and recovery time. Currently under clinical trials, the system represents a promising approach to therapeutic neuromodulation with broad clinical potential.

APPLE iPhone 8/8 Plus (2017)

The iPhone 8 introduced wireless charging to Apple’s smartphone lineup, supporting the Qi standard for effortless, cable-free power. Alongside it, Apple announced AirPower—a multi-device charging mat designed to charge iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods simultaneously, showcasing a bold vision for integrated wireless charging. While AirPower ultimately did not launch, the initiative marked a pivotal moment in Apple’s transition toward a wireless future.

APPLE IPHONE 7/7 PLUS (2016)

The iPhone 7 is a flagship smartphone introduced by Apple that brought major improvements in performance, durability, and user experience. It featured a faster A10 Fusion chip, a new solid-state home button with haptic feedback, and improved camera systems. Notably, it was Apple’s first iPhone with water and dust resistance (IP67), marking a key step forward in device reliability and design integration.
